What is a money back guarantee worth?
Most are not worth the paper they are written on. Many guarantees are written so they don’t benefit the customer. At Marx, we stand behind our performances 100%. If we don’t do what we promise, or provide what we agreed upon, our client deserves ample restitution. Guaranteed!
In the event that the client/person (s) listed on the contract are unsatisfied with the quality of services provided by Marx Entertainment after full services have been provided, the client is eligible for a partial or full refund of all monies paid. The contract holder (Marx) must fulfill their portion to the best of his/her ability without the performance being hindered in any way or form from outside interference or acts of nature.
For eligibility the client must not have breached any terms of the contract and the client must contact Marx Entertainment within 24 hours of the end of the function stated in the contract. After contact is made, an amount will be determined that is mutually agreeable to all parties and a refund will be issued within 30 days from the date that the amount was set.
